The
manufacturer of the Lectro Chi Premier Energy
Foot Spa warrants to the original purchaser
that the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Spa power
unit will be free from defect in material and
workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR
from the date of purchase. The manufacturer
reserves the right to repair without charge
for labor and parts, or to replace and/or substitute
any defective Lectro Chi Premier Energy Spa
power unit with an equal or more current model.
After ONE YEAR
and within THREE YEARS from
the date of purchase, the purchaser will incur
a $100.00 service fee per occurrence on all
repairs.
After THREE YEARS
and within FIVE YEARS from
the date of purchase, the purchaser will incur
a $200.00 service fee per occurrence on all
repairs.
