Why does the water change color?

The water color change is attributed to the water becoming excited when it is ionized by the water module and its reaction with the minerals in the water and toxins that are released by the body. The color is dependent upon water quality and mineral content, plus your general health condition.

While the color change and material floating in the water are important to help determine what areas are being detoxed, the success of the session is better determined by the color change in the urine and the overall positive change in the symptomatic problems of the treated individual.

During a Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa session the treatment water may go through multiple physical changes. Below is a simple water color chart corresponding with the material or body part that may be detoxifying. Note that certain minerals in the water may also result in different coloration.

Water is defined as a clear, colorless, odorless, and tasteless liquid essential for most plant and animal life. This is a very generic definition for a substance that is vital to all living organisms - a scientific fact that we were all taught in elementary school. However, water in its natural form should be considered "alive".

The water we reference as "alive" is not the water that has its own ecosystem. We are not referring to an ecosystem of algae, frogs, fish, and insects. We are referring to unpolluted water that is loaded with minerals and bio-electricity. The closest "alive" water source on our planet would be unpolluted mountain streams. When operating the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa it is imperative that you DO NOT use distilled water or water treated by reverse osmosis. These treated waters have had the life-force removed. In essence these treated waters are lifeless.

During a Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa session the color changes in the water can be dramatic or minimal. Color change is not the most important factor when judging the success of a session. The water does not always change color during a session and is not always an indicator of energy being produced.

It should be understood that water color will generally change if your feet are soaking in the bucket or not. Color change can be related to the reaction of the water module's surgical steel with the type of water (city, well, mineral, etc) used and/or the state of the individual's health. When the water becomes excited it ejects tiny particles which become visually observable in the water. This will tend to change the water color.

To test this principle, perform a session with the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa on a pail of treatment water from the water source that will be frequently use. If testing multiple pails of treatment water, the color should be the same every time. Run sessions on multiple individuals and note that the treatment water will be amazingly different.

Why do I feel energized/fatigued after a session?

People often feel either energized or fatigued after a session. Most detoxification is the result of positive ions being released in the body. When the body tissues begin to release toxins, the body will feel fatigue as it becomes overloaded in the attempt to void these toxins from the body. The energized feeling is due to the body receiving more negative ions that energize the body.

Will the Lectro Chi Premier Foot Bath remove only harmful metals from the body?

No… The process will remove both harmful and good metals such as iron and zinc from the body. This is why it is recommended that you drink a mineral cocktail or Zeoterrain during and after your session. These will also help prevent the feeling of nausea that some may experience.

I have received laser treatments at my Day Spa. Will the footbath sessions cause any adverse reaction to these treatments?

No… Any type of laser treatment will cause free radicals to be released into the body. Anyone receiving laser treatments may use the Lectro Chi Premier Foot Bath to aid in the removal ofthese free radicals from the body.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery. I continued to experience considerable pain in my shoulder for some time after the surgery. After several footbath sessions the pain left my shoulder. Why would this happen?

It could be several reasons. One explanation is toxins tend to collect in damaged tissue and organs. These toxins may have been contributing to the pain, and prolonging the healing process in your shoulder. By detoxing the shoulder tissue, the healing process may have been aided.

What is Chi?

What is a Water Module?

The Lectro Life Technologies water modules are one of the key components of the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa.

Each module is carefully constructed with medical grade alloys which enhance the module's performance and longevity.

Typically, a water module should last between 75 - 100 sessions; however, modules have consistently lasted longer than 100 sessions. On occasion, a module will be spent in less than 75 sessions. The longevity of a module depends on several factors including session duration and amperage, mineral content of treatment water, toxicity of individual receiving the session, and health of individual receiving the session.

Another key feature of the Lectro Life Technologies water module is the amount of surgical steel used to manufacture the module. Electrical current is passed through the surgical steel which reacts with the water, resulting in ionization. One of the factors for a successful session is the amount of ionization that takes place. Comparatively, the Lectro Life Technologies water modules contain more surgical steel than most other available water modules.

When the Lectro Life Premier Energy Foot Spa is powered up, ionization is immediately visible through the explosion of continuous bubbles. Not only can you see the ionization process, but you can feel the bubbles rushing around your feet.

How long does a Water Module last?

Each module is carefully constructed with medical grade alloys which enhance the module's performance and longevity.

How do I clean the Water Module?

It is imperative that the water module be cleaned after each session. Sanitary water modules are a must to prevent cross contamination and insure the success of each ionization foot spa session.

Modules are cleaned by rinsing with water and scrubbing with a nylon brush. Soak the module in a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water for a minimum of 10 minutes to de-alkalize the module. Rinse with clean water and dry with paper towel. Repeat these steps after each session.

It is recommended that a minimum of 2 water modules be used for those utilizing the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa in a professional clinic or setting. This will insure that a sanitary module is available for each session.

Never use bleach, CLR, ammonia, or chlorine based cleaners to disinfect or clean the water modules.

Note: Over time you will see pitting on the steel of the water module. This is normal.

How long should a session last?

It is important to understand that session time is dependent upon how the body reacts to the session. If a person gets light-headed, nauseated, or a headache end the session immediately. Some individuals need to build up to the recommended time. Others may experience a euphoric or itching sensation, while others may not feel anything. Each of these situations is not only normal, but expected.

It is important to begin each session on the “Cleansing” setting. If you want to do an energy session only it is fine to do so, but do not exceed the recommended session time for the “Energy” setting.

6.	Always keep the Lectro Chi Premier Energy Foot Spa power supply away from water. Included is a water module with an 8 foot cable to insure a safe operating distance.
